RNT medical college was established in the year 1962. In 1966 the college received recognition from the MCI. The medical college offers 100 seats in graduation, 66 in post graduation, 18 in diploma .Till date 4169 students in graduation, 1615 students in post graduation and 205 students in diploma have received their degrees.In the medical college the following super specialization units are working namely nephrology, neurology, and urology and pediatrics surgery. The special clinical wards of endocrinology and plastic surgery are also working. The newly constructed building of cardiology unit has a cath lab installed also patients are provided with the facility of angiography.
